Claims Handling Process

In the event that Your property is lost or damaged You should:

  1. Check Your schedule and this policy document to ensure that the loss is covered under Your insurances.
  2. In the event of Your property being stolen or maliciously damaged, or if You lose a valuable item, it is important that You inform the Gardai as soon as You notice the loss or damage.
  3. Contact Our appointed Claims Handling Team, OSG Business Solutions at 01 2611 597 or send them an email stating Your name and policy number with details of the loss to cnu@osg.ie.
