You will not be covered under this policy for any claims arising directly or indirectly from a pre-existing medical condition unless it has been declared to us and accepted by us in writing for cover.

For the purposes of this insurance a pre-existing condition is defined as:-

Any medical condition where you have been prescribed medication, including repeat prescriptions, or received treatment or attended a GP or a specialist as an outpatient or inpatient in the last 2 years or for which you are currently on a waiting list for treatment or investigation.

Any heart, heart related or circulatory condition; or any respiratory condition; any liver condition, any stress, anxiety, depression or any other psychological condition or any cancerous condition.
